When I was a child and learned to box it was all the fundamentals we didn't do nothing else till we mastered the jab, hook, stance, balance etc.

I went to a gym to drop off my nephew and the the gay ass coach is teaching these dude sloppy as hell, im like fuck this shit he gonna get your asses knocked out.
