Polish ****er Krzysztof Glowacki (23-0, 15 KOs) is getting closer to a world title shot, scoring a fifth round stoppage over Thierry Karl (31-6, 19 KOs) at Nowy Dwor in Mazowiecki, Poland. Glowacki retained his WBO intercontinental cruiserweight belt and has now opened up the door for an eliminator against Nuri Seferim (36-6, 20KOs), who holds the WBO's European championship at the weight. The longtime world champion in the division is Marco Huck of Germany, who may potentially move up to the heavyweight ranks in 2015.
