Donaire is a tremendous fighter, who, for whatever reason, hasn't been near his best for a while now. Maybe it was the complete schooling at the hands of Rigo or all that money he's made, what ever the reason or reasons, I think Donaire has just about enough left to beat Walters.

I've been reading somewhere that Donaire contemplated retirement even before the Rigondeaux fight...

Very true. People put too much stock into the Darch rematch (Donaire was never going to look good in his fist fight after the Rigo loss) and the fake a.ss controversy of the Vetyeka fight (because it was Arum who dropped and hurt Vetyeka, right?).

I don't think Donaire is as ripe for the picking as a lot of people are making him out to be. Me may be, but right now I see no reason to believe he is.

That's 3 consecutive fights where he has looked like dogshit....idk seems a little bit of a sign at least. We'll see how Walters does
