Who wins? The McCullough that fought Morales vs the Frampton that just beat Kiko.
Carl Frampton vs Wayne McCullough @ 122lbs

The Pocket Rocket by decision. One of the greatest chins ever. Held up to Hamed, Morales, and others. I don't think he flinched once from Hamed's punches. Non-stop punches from the little guy. I knew his wife online on another site for a number of years. Her username was based on her two cats. She sent me an Irish recipe long ago. -
Pocket rocket was my guy.. Frampton is still an unknown in the world level in my eyes so I will go with McCullough at the moment, but in a few years that could changeComment

I remember wayne very durable guy with a great chin, but i feel frampton would outbox him in a close fight,,wayne just had problems with skilled boxers that could punch a little, like zaragoza, morales, the prince an larios twice... frampton would have been technically better and thats all it would have taken.Last edited by LouIE G; 10-18-2014, 12:03 AM.Comment

Frampton would probably out-box him but he would be in for a tough fight.
McCullough would be coming at him non-stop and with better agression than Martinez. Frampton wouldn't be able to land combinations on McCullough without taking some punches back, he would be reduced to land one punch at a time on the fly and move.Comment

Wayne's fight with Morales is a great illustration of what a handful he was. I love his refusal to let Morales have the final say that he always wanted to have in exchanges.
His reaction to the big uppercut from Morales in the 2nd is hilarious too. His chin was just unbelievable.
He really would have been HOF material if he had power. He had everything else he needed.

Man this would be a great fight. McCullough at his best is nightmare for anyone. Does Frampton have the ability to go to war and outbox him at the same time like Morales and Hamed did, i don't know. Prime McCullough was better than any version of Kiko though.Comment

McCullogh was good, Frampton is better, he'd win a decision. He's faster, mroe skilled and hits harder. McCullough knew how to survive so he'd go the distance.Comment
