I doubt they have proof. It's their word versus his. Three words versus his word. Three because their mother was present.

I don't think any of the sparring will stick. They were clearly caught volunteering and asking for the fight. But the one thing that may really stick is if Showtime failed to get their consent to show them sparring on-air. Everything else will get tossed.

floyd gets a slap in the hand for this. it is not organized betting and fighters could quit anytime. they just didn't quit because they don't want to be labeled "quiter" and "weak stamina-ed"

The complaint, filed in Clark County District Court in Las Vegas, alleges that both brothers were forced to accept dangerous conditions during sparring sessions, which Showtime filmed without their permission.

The sparring sessions in question were featured during Mayweather's most recent "All Access" reality series on Showtime, which the network used to help promote the boxer's pay-per-view rematch last month with Marcos Maidana.
