Funny how when Brandon Rios and Mikey Garcia are World Champions they're American, but when it comes to them missing weight they're Mexican, .

The Chavez Jr. level of missing weight is untouchable, but Rubio almost made it to the level of Mayweather and Broner, who came in 2 pounds and 3.5 pounds over the weight limit.
