Seems That What Chavez Problem Too; Not Enough Money

Junior if you're serious and not high on weed, call Arum and make the fight with Gennady and I'm sure he drops the lawsuit. After that one fight you're a free agent and you can go sign with any company other than Arum, once you recover from the concussion symptoms Gennady leaves you horizontal with.

"Bob Arum has sued me because he says that I still have a contract with him. How can I get closer with him if he is suing me?"...
"He (Golovkin) says he wants to fight me, I want to fight him. He is one of the fights that I want. I am motivated to fight him. If he wants the fight, and I want that fight, it is going to happen," Chavez said. "There are fighters who enter the ring [against Golovkin] and their main concern is to go in there and cash the check because there is a lot of money."
        ???????

        I don't know who selected Jr's quotes...
But they display such a deep thinking...

I think Jr is lying. Top Rank says they have him under contract for one more fight. If they didn't, he would have been gotten loose & signed somewhere else. He's just in denial.

I don't think Chavez Jr. is much of a test for Golovkin unless Chavez is fully focused, has an excellent, dedicated training camp and is prepared to give forth a 100% effort in the ring. Even then he would be a big underdog. Chavez had trouble with Brian Vera. I don't think he would offer much of a challenge to Golovkin who is a better mover, smarter fighter, more accurate puncher and just as powerful. GGG beating Chavez Jr. would silence a few of the critics who say he needs to fight more name opponents but Chavez Jr. is a name opponent in name only, not based on his recent fights or his dedication to the sport. He could've been a great fighter and a true contender but he has already squandered his opportunities to impress.
