So Wake got some new shoes. What does that prove? Nothing. Maybe the old ones caused the ankle injury. He also says in the blog entry that he "thinks" the new shoes will be comfortable to run in, hinting that he hasn't been able to run in them yet. And what exactly does a person with an ankle injury "look like"? We can only see his right ankle in the photo, not his left.

Even if the ankle injury story is bogus, how do you know it's not Wake and his people who have spun the deception? If that's the case, it's hardly fair to blame Hearn for that.
