He was ducked mercilessly by hamed, barerra, and morales when they were prime and only pacquiao gave him a chance. not only that, pacquiao gave you 3 more fights yet your greedy ass cant even return the favor once to the guy that gave you a career.

Mark my words, JMM will retire.

He knows he cannot compete at a high level when he's off the juice. We all saw the mysterious chest acne and the massive muscle gain at 40 years old. That's just not natural. He will retire, or fight some C-level fighter in Mexico as a farewell fight. He wants no part of Pacquiao 5, Provodnikov, or any other welterweight or jr. welterweight that can fight. He knows he can make $5-10 million off Pacquiao 5, but hasn't signed. He's not getting any younger.
