According to sources in Ukraine, rising middleweight star Ievgen Khytrov (6-0, 6 KOs) is set to fight next on November 21 in the state of Oklahoma. Khytrov’s opponent is said to be Louis Rose (11-1-1, 3 KOs) of Lynwood, CF.
Khytrov, 26, is 2011 world amateur champion and 2012 Olympian for a ultra-talented Ukrainian squad (also including WBO featherweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko and prospects Olexander Usyk, Olexander Gvozdyk and Taras Shelestyuk). He has stopped 12-3-1 Chris Chatman and 17-1 Willie Fortune this summer.
