Id look at Asif Vali for management the guy made Khan tons of money

Trainer id probably look at Nacho but he is old now, maybe an ex fighter somewhere else.

Promotional team would be Top Rank, network HBO

I wouldn't go near a scumbag like Haymon, I've been bought with nothing earning my way and with Haymon you would be avoiding any real challenges and building a padded route to a tarnished legacy and record.

I wouldnt be going in with people like Marco Huck or any other half decent cruiserweight straight away but id definitely fight a improved fighter each fight.

Promotional team would be 50 and a network FA. Probably end up on BeIn or Unimas.

Strength and Conditioning coach would be Chavez Jr.

        Manager, James Kirkland.

        Trainer, Virgil Hunter.

Buboy as corner man, and Ellerbe rubbing my chest to complete my corner.

Hire Floyd to be in charge of my Public Relations and Manny would be in charge of financing.

Manager/Promoter, why differentiate if a guy can do both and for that, I pick Eddie Hearn.

Trainer is a bit more difficult, looking at it realistically I'd pick someone from the UK and most likely be Ingle.

Network Sky, cos they can make big fights and refuse to get dragged into school yard hissy fits

Its like the music industy. Art and commerce are connected. Do you want to make crappy overproduced songs (Beiber, Taylor Swift, etc) that sells or do you want to make the music you really want that won't sell as much?

I would chose to make music the way I want to make it because I ain't no sell out. If you don't stand for something than you'll fall for everything.

Lets go back to the topic that OP posted and say I was a top prospect. What would be the most important things that I would want to accomplish in my career? My answer would be Legacy and Money. Besides Floyd, who has he done that for? No one. And Floyd's legacy and money are both questionable imo
Except it isn't your philosophy on life. It's very easy to talk about how you'd fight x and y if you had the ability but the bottom line is your current way of living shows that you don't have the hunger to fight and take a crack at proving yourself. You decided, without stepping in the ring, that you do not have what it takes to succeed as a pro, but you expect me to believe you are cut from a different (as in superior) cloth to people who actually took the risk in the first place?

Don't get ahead of yourself, Junior.

I'd take Roach for coach, he's not the best but he's loyal and I think he would tell you if you were losing it. Golden Boy for promotion, they might throw you to the wolves but if you're legit you'll come out on top, Marcos Maidana anybody. Manager Miguel DePablos. I think he has done an excellent job with Martinez.

Manager: Al Haymon: Successful and knows how to get fighters Pay Days.

Trainer: Naazim Richardson: Because he is a great trainer and he is B-hop's trainer.

Network: Showtime, because they treat their fighters with respect and they don't throw fighters under the bus like how HBO did with Rigondeaux

Promoter: Tom Loeffler because he knows what he is doing.

Again, this thread says "IF YOU WERE A TOP PROSPECT"

How does my chosen profession (something you know jack **** about) and my philosophy on life go against that? Without going into personal details, my chosen profession and my philosophy go hand in hand.

I can tell you're one of those guys who likes to follow orders and welcomes authority. No wonder you would run to Al Haymon. I guess the part of you that has courage and guts ran down your mothers legs
