Floyd mentioned long ago(as well as Ariza while he was with Pac), that 40 mil was a starting point. It's call NEGOTIATING! He goes low, Pac goes high and they meet somewhere in the middle. But Pac didn't even bother doing that. He said 50/50 or not fight and hung up. So out of that, how does Floyd get the blame??

In order to do any business, sane people recognize the need for sincerity and honesty, fairness.

Illiterate drop out demands destroy fairness. For instance , when there is a great opportunity for the fight to make from 3 to 500 million dollars in ppv revenue and you tell your opponent , I will give you 40 mil but I get all the PPV proceeds, is that fair ? ? is it ? ANSWER : Only to ILLITERATES !!!!!!!!!!

Only a fool would take that offer.

Since Pac lost his fight to JMM, I thinks its fair for jR to get 60, 40 and split the ppv.

With all the fear mongering going on and threats of firing old daddy, its hard to see the fight take place.

The one thing that will create the road block is the demand for pillows for gloves by Jr that to my knowledge hasn't come yet. I just hope Pac won't give and inch to Jr.

The mystic is that Jr can't be beaten. The major play is always to present that Mystic , to fans etc............ All the B rated WW's give to that but Maidana. Maidana had everything but the skills and speed.

The real problem is to find the WW PRIME Elite that Jr has beaten that defines his last ten years as TBE and above PAC ,,,,,BUT ,,,,,,,,we can't find him ?

PAC is the BOMB that destroys the Mystic,,,,,,,,,that is why all the Mayweathers have been going insane in every direction.

It only took him like 6 years to SUPPOSEDLY wanna fight pacquiao after ducking him and waiting til he got knocked out. Floyd is pathetic. True coward and fugazi as fcuk. Can't wait till he retires.

You know what kind of fighters we've seen Floyd fight, WW and Jr. WW champions. I think the fighter with all the tools to beat Mayweather is Erslandy Lara. However, Lara lost the fight against Canelo, so I don't think he deserves the shot at this time. The same goes for Khan, he might have the tools, but he doesn't deserve the shot at this time. Khan could make a move, like beating Thurman, and that would do the trick, but it's up to Khan to make the move. At this time, the 4 best are Canelo, Cotto, GGG, and Pacquiao. Unless Khan beats Thurman, then Danny Garcia deserves the shot more than Khan, because he KO'd Khan already, and unified the Jr. WW titles.

They didn't think he was much risk at that time...espcially at WW. So let's forget that Floyd fought 2 immediate rematches with the only guys to give him trouble as well as fighting Mosley, Cotto and Canelo 3 in circumstances where Pac was or is unwilling to. Pac has had financial problems for a long time so if that is a reason, why not fight him in 2012? So yes, I get it just fine....still doesn't erase anything.
Pacman would trump all of Mayweather's opponents. ..his resume is suspect for a boxer like Floyd. And so what if the rematches weren't right after one another? They still happened. Goes to show Pacman isn't afraid of going to toe to toe with JMM. He has more to be scared of from fighting JMM than Floyd because Floyd isn't hurting anyone. Floyd has a pattern of fighting ATGS when they're out of their prime....so I still have hope this will happen as they're both outta their primes now.

The Racket Squad: To Catch A Falling Star

                      FM runs the show.
If he says 'I want Manny', he gets Manny.

The issues that arose prior all had to with the Mayweather concern that Pac was juicing.
There has never been a more cautious fighter in the history of this game than FMJ.

'Money' is now in a bind of all strategic binds.
Does he safely run out his Showtime clock and save Pacquiao for #50 or does he take the money and run.

With Alvarez on his PPV heels and CBS wanting to level their books before his finale, FM's back is against the PPV wall.
The monster he created is threatening to devour him.

My guess is that he next takes on Khan in what will be a dismal affair greeted by most fans paying to see Cotto take on Saul.

After that embarrassment, Manny will be the farewell next time this year.
When FM loses a split nod, he rebounds for the revenge under his own promotional banner in 2016.

A 50th fight is going to happen and I'm guessing it's going to be Pacquiao again.
No one else in the thin welter gene pool is showing enough talent or charisma to catch a falling star.
