Fresh from his July demolition of former champion Jeff Lacy, Humberto "The Don" Savigne (13-1, 10 KO's), currently ranked at #2 by the World Boxing Council (WBC) at light heavyweight, is training hard in Deerfield Beach with his coach Maury Ramos, with the goal of getting in excellent physical condition for his next fight in Russia against an opponent yet to be determined.

WBC champion Adonis “Superman” Stevenson is planning to return in December and Savigne was one of the boxers under consideration for the fight. Recent reports indicate that Dmitry Sukhotsky could land the fight.
