Garcia Has Become A ********** & Al Haymon Is His Pimp & 119 Other Fighters

Garcia & Haymon weaseled out from Postol. Call it whatever you want, they can smoke & mirror the public to believe "this is just business", but Haymon has these guys sold on letting him strategically hand pick the safest opponents to the bank for the fighter and for Haymon, which is the "Floyd Mayweather" model Haymon is trying to model for 120 fighters he now hoards under his authority. So don't expect any best versus best, or unification fights out of Haymon & SHO. They showed us a truckload of **** fights this 2014 season, and they will con the fans into believing "the best is yet to come" in 2015. Just like after Rod SALKA & Edgar Santana got in the way of a unification fight between Garcia & Peterson, we were then led to believe that fight could come together for this December...then when it was announced that wasn't happening for the second time, then we were led to believe Postol was due up next. NOW we are learning that too isn't going to happen, because the risk is too great. The public buys their excuses, hook, line, and sinker, and 2015 will look much the same way. Who the hell is angry that Postol-Garcia isn't happening?

I'd rather see Garcia go into a rematch with Matthysse, or move up to 147 already. Postol is just a guy with a good record against less than stellar opposition ,whom had Danny fought and beaten people would have criticized for being weak opposition.

Serious boxing fans do, yes. But a large percentage of viewers can't be categorized as serious fans. And when people see a crappy product they are less likely to return a week later. That is basic marketing

I understand that this thread is about Garcia. But my comments were in regard to the entire ****ty card that he was a part of. Actually his fight was my favorite on the show because it took the least amount of time.

The haters on this site love to criticize Floyd Mayweather. However, it is an indisputable fact that everyone Mayweather has faced since he fought Zab Judah in 2006 has either been a world champion or a number one contender for a world championship belt. No other professional boxer on the planet can say that their last 10 opponents have been world champions or number 1 contenders.

We should be seeing the same thing from Garcia, Saul Alvarez, GGG and other champions. Unfortunately, for every champion or number 1 contender they fight, they fight three journeymen or stiffs.
