    peterson? thats crazy!

least deserving, sure. he won the title on PEDs and lost in a non title fight since then. but when i hear worst titleholder i think worst in terms of ability, not the legitimacy of his reign and in terms of ability peterson is a mid range champion. he is clearly the best fighter out of the ones listed here imo.

k9 is the worst champion to me, dude cant even fight. peterson can fight, is anyone really questioning whether he is one of the 3-4 best fighters in his division? then look at k9, dude is barely top 10 at 154 and he has a belt. peterson has a solid resume too even though he mostly lost to the top fighters he has faced. he is very respected among fellow fighters too, that doesn't come cheap.

That's a valid point. It just seems odd because he might (currently) be the best fighter on that list.

You're a pretty shit poster so I am ashamed to reply to you, but you act like he is the first boxer in history to keep his title after losing a fight in a different weight class. He is a JWW beltholder, Matthyse beat him at WW.
