After Alvarez defeats the worn Cotto, the Golovkin match could be his swan song.

It will be tough to see Miguel go out like that.

Few recognized just how shot Sergio was.
The youth filled Canelo ain't Sergio and GGG is just a wrecking ball.

But I'd still pay to see Cotto any day of the week and won't give Fraud another nickel until the hustler takes on Pac.

I hope so. I really want to see that fight. I would much rather see this than Canelo vs Cotto.

I really hope it does, it's the best match-up at 160.

I can remember after Cotto lost to Pac, everyone (including I) thought that'd be the last of him. He moved up and took a gimme belt against Foreman and I would've never had guessed him going on to go up to 160 and beat Sergio Martinez.

I do believe that if he meets Golovkin, that will be all she wrote for Cotto's boxing career. I think he can be proud of what's he achieved though.

I dont think so. He has a bigger chance of landing a Canelo, Chavez Jr. or Froch fight. Cotto is on his way out.

GGG's chances are probably better of getting a cotto fight.
Trout fight was a cherry pick gone wrong on Cotto's part. Cotto hasn't really taken on risky fights that much in his career. Anyone would fight Pac/Floyd for the money.

This fight would help GGG when it comes to becoming a ppv draw.

If Cotto beats Canelo, GGG vs. Cotto will be the next mega-fight that hopefully will happen. I really believe Cotto can beat Alvarez.
