whatever the reason, its amazing hes gone on for thirty years with this, i remember when he was on the michael parkinson show for the second time here in the u.k showing deteriorated health and that was in the mid-eighties!
just goes to show the strength of the man.
also, in latter years when he managed to climb through the ropes at boxing events he attended, he danced around almost like he was relieved of the desease that has very slowly been eating him away, its a cruel existence for a man who had such poetically fast wit always in sync with his tongue and unmatched boxing speed,skill and agility for a heavyweight in any era.
the clock sadly seems to be ticking ever faster on an individual that had equally if not more of an impact on humanity than even nelson mandela,elvis or JFK, this will be his last "shock the world" moment.
