I disagree. I see it as being a very close and difficult fight for both Ali and Marciano. It could go either way. Most likely Ali by UD but I wouldn't be surprised if Marciano would win.

To say that all Marciano had to do was catch Ali one time to knock him out is absolutely ridiculous. Where do you get something like that? I'll give you some names: Liston, Frazier, Foreman. If these guys couldn't knock Ali out, no one could. One thing that a lot of people don't realize is the remarkable chin that Ali had. Ali would completely dismantle Marciano. I don't know what Rocky could do to defeat Ali. His speed and superior boxing ability would completely nullify all of Marciano's offense. Now, don't get me wrong, I greatly respect Rocky Marciano as a fighter, but I don't think that he had what it takes to defeat Muhammad Ali, but that's not an insult at all, because I don't know if anyone has what it take to beat Muhammad Ali.

Ali speed is much better. Ali is 6'3" 215lbs + and has the speed of a lightweight. He also has skill and a great chin.

Marciano had overated punching power that was mainly used in prolonged fights against light heavyweights.
