I disagree. Koncz visit had nothing to do with the fight. He went to discuss other matters, to discuss something else and that was to inquire about Lottery Soda shares.

Why was it bull****? All sides, including the neutral Falcon Hawk Entertainment faction, confirmed the talks were happening (after Floyd initially lied and said it was all made up). We even got details on the purse/revenue split- Floyd offered $40 mil w/ no back end or tangible investors... Manny brought a conglomerate of music producers to offer $50 mil guaranteed and offered a 55/45 revenue split.

And like you said, Bob Arum was the promoter.

So is that why Floyd backed out of $50 mil guaranteed and a possible extra $60-$70 million to fight Pacquiao's leftovers... because of Bob Arum? He didn't want Arum to benefit?
All sided confirmed what exactly? Tell me, what did Mayweather confirm?

After initially denying that talks were occurring, he changed his tune (only after pictures surfaced and everyone else, including his family members, confirmed formal talks were happening) and said he made an offer of $40 mil to Pacquiao... failing to mention Manny countered with $50 mil guaranteed for each fighter and a revenue split of 55/45.

Floyd fans LOVE bringing up Floyd's $40 mil offer. But now you're telling me it never happened? Which is it?

Who are you pandering to? First you start with a blatant lie. Then you post that pathetic press release, the one that says that the "negotiations" are being done in "goodwill and harmony" because his ex-fiance was related to Joe Jackson (another blatant lie). Try some truth for a change.

Contrary to the general consensus that negotiations have been underway for a proposed Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao super-fight, well, according to fighthype.com and Mayweather, nothing can be further from the truth...

You're just proving my point. You call that 'truth' because it comes from Floyd who claimed in one breath that no talks were going on and he didn't even know who Koncz was... but then he turns around in the next breath and says he offered Pac $40 million in negotiations.

So there's 2 stories by Floyd- 1) No negotiations were going on and he doesn't know who Koncz is 2) He spoke to Koncz and Manny and made an offer for $40 million dollars during negotiations.

But both of these are 'truth', right?

Arguing about what happened in the past is a lot of fun.

But today, in the present, Pacquiao is looking mighty desperate for the fight and Mayweather is still bragging about how being his own boss gives him the privilege to not be forced by an employer to fight Pacquiao.
