No. Floyd is thinking about how the negotiating table is going to look, it's that simple. Everytime his side mentions Pacquiao, it makes them(TMT) look desperate for a Pacquiao match. If one side looks desperate, that means the other side have more leverage at the negotiations.

Without DLH, Floyd would be NO WAY NEAR the star he is now. He was doing mediocre numbers before that DLH which catapulted him to super stardom.
