I'm curious homie. Why was Roger's job never publically threatened when he was head trainer and mentioned on several occasions that Pac wad the fight he wanted most for his nephew? And this was at a time when people actually gave a **** about the fight happening.

The fact that Floyd busts a vein every time he's asked a question about Pacquiao and the fact that he said "My health comes first".. is enough evidence..

But the fact the dude is willing to kick aside anyone who mentions him fighting Pacquiao... tells you what?
I'll just refer you to my last post. When Roger was head trainer, he talked about the Pacquiao fight all the time with no public objection from Floyd. Why was that?

Hilarious; Like Father, Like Son... Always Spewing At The Mouth! LOL!

Floyd basically saying... "Daddy! You can't make me fight Manny!!!".... as Floyd lays on the floor screaming and kicking his feet. Go ahead, fire your dad and Ellerbe, and see how that plays out.

Probably cause there was less external pressure then, since he didnt have a contract from the network thats a massive money loser. So he's feeling pressure from Showtime, the noose is tightening, and Floyd is feeling cornered

No external pressure??? That fight got more mainstream attention than most of the regulars on this site have seen any non-heavyweight recieve. As opposed to now, when there's pretty much an indifferent attitude towards it from the masses.

As for the Showtime contract. I still don't understand why if they're losing so much money on Floyd. And a Manny fight is the only thing that saves this thing from being a colossal failure. Why hasn't anyone at Showtime come out and said it? What do they have to lose by coming out saying, "this thing has been a disaster." And, "the only way we won't look for options to terminate the deal is if Floyd fights Manny." And, "we are perfectly willing to work with HBO and Bob Arum to make it happen." But they've basically backed Floyd. To me, it just doesn't make sense to help someone lose you money.
