      Chaves didn't beat Rios though. The fight was still up in the air at the time of the stoppage due to Chaves' dirty tactics.

      Chaves has yet to prove he's a better fighter than the guys you listed. He could've done that against Rios but he showed he has no answers for guys who press him. As far as technique he's clearly more talented but he's definitely flawed and weak mentally.

      Alvarado is inferior to Chaves as far as skills, and still he soundly beat Rios by neutralizing his aggression in the second fight. Which is something Chaves couldn't do.

      I also doubt Chaves gives a better account of himself than Provodnikov. He really was on the verge of getting the ko against Bradley, and lost a razor thin decision.
