I imagine everybody will be rooting for Sukhotsky.

He's rather slow and isn't very skilled, but he at least comes to fight and can hit hard so he has a punchers' chance. If he wins, he'll not be afraid to fight the best light heavyweights.

Sukhotsky was robbed against Braehmer while ago and has a win over rated Mohammedi + some other decent euro-level scalps. For how weak LHW division is besides top 4(3 Champs + Chilemba) it's a good fight that I'm going to watch with interest.
Russian guy is a puncher, too, will be much more dangerous than Campillo would have been.

Was he robbed there? Need to rewatch... I thought he almost closed it late, but came up short... then again, I don't have a strong memory of the fight.

As has been pointed out Sukhotsky ain't anyones idea of an elite boxer, but he's tough and can ****.

Stevenson would have to be a wide favourite, but there's certainly an outside chance of him getting caught big. Given what's available at LHW there were certainly worse fights to be made.

FWIW when it was looking like Kovalev was gonna be left out in the cold Sukhotsky was one of the guys I thought it might make sense to match him with.
