Ah well I would have liked to have seen Canelo and Andrade stay on the same network to slowly build to that fight oh well. Seemed like Andrade would have been poised to become a face for HBO if he continued to improve. I guess I agree with Oscar that would be about 2yrs away before the money would be right for that so yeah it's probably better for him to just go out and get fights and do what he can for himself. he has some freedom with the smaller promoter

Good news anytime some of these overrated boxers are matched up with one another, which is far too infrequent.

I'm an Andrade fan, but I can't front I thought he made a bad decision not fighting for the vacant 160 belt. Imo, a fight against either Charlo is just as tough for him, and there is so much less to gain.

Big mistake, but Charlo(which ever one it is) vs. Andrade will be a REALLY good match up.

young fighter actually trying to fight great fights without waiting for one guy gets criticized for not waiting for a guy who clearly wasnt gonna fight him anytime soon. typical nsb bull****. the ******ation level on here is beyond what it was in the past.

This was a financial move more than anything. He's trying to get paid like anyone else and showtime was willing to pay more for his fight. He's still young and inexperienced with a lot more to prove before he gets "big" fights.

I think the problem most reasonable people have is turning down a title fight at 160 to fight a Charlo at 154. Especially when Andrade says he turned it down because he wasn't going to get the same ridiculous money Quillin would have, after asking for the fight.

Seems a backwards step without further details.

Wow, this either makes sense or doesn't. He calls out Canelo, then make a move that will make it impossible to make the fight happen.

I don't think hbo cared for andrade.

He's completely delusional about his worth and what he can and cannot demand. I'll enjoy watching him fight a Charlo though, if it actually happens.

You can look it up, Arum wasn't happy about how that situation happened and I think he even said he would never work with the guy that did it. I guess they had an agreement in place
