Not accepting a fight does not equal ducking. You guys use that word so much its lost meaning. He has nothing anyone wants, and no one wants to go to Russia for it. He should've found an up and comer in his region and fought them instead.

He forgot to take a couple of souls, Herrera still has his and Algieri isn't complaining. Ruslan is OK, but fighting Castillo makes it look like some one took something from him.
