Although I'm obviously not a boxer, I have trained, and I am left handed but stand orthodox, It might be to do with the fact I'm right footed (if playing football/soccer) so standing orthodox felt more natural to me. I'm also right handed at many things, using a mouse, and golf etc, Only left handed at writing, and pool
