Mike Koncz, the longtime adviser of “Fighter of the Decade” Manny Pacquiao has been hospitalized.

In a text message to us, Koncz said he had just gotten out after an operation which was done, we gather, at the Cardinal Santos Memorial Hospital in San Juan.

Koncz said “the procedure was to remove a blockage and additional blood clot from the main artery leading to my right leg.” He said “the damaged area was from the groin area to just above the knee.”
