WBC interim-middleweight champion Marco Antonio Rubio has promised to go for broke against WBA/IBO middleweight king Gennady Golovkin on October 18th at the Stubhub Center in Carson, California. Rubio has an impressive pro record of 59 wins, 51 of these by way of knockout in exchange for six defeats and a draw, while Golovkin has knocked out 27 of his 30 opponents.

The fight is a little more than a week away, with Rubio finishing up his training with coach Robert Garcia in Oxnard, California. The boxer said he will "go for broke on everything" in order to secure the victory in the HBO televised card, which is called 'Mexican Style.'

Well Rubio can punch so that really is his only hope, that probably ends badly for him but if he can force Golovkin back he might be able to catch him real good as he pulls back straight.

Knock the guy out. Like he's done whenever he's faced resistance before.

Unless that fighter is too good for him, which isn't anyone at middleweight. He'll have to move up before we can talk anyone good enough to beat Golovkin.
