Former WBC cruiserweight champion Krzysztof Wlodarczyk (49-3-1, 35 KOs), who recently lost his title to challenger Grigory Drozd (39-1, 27 KOs) with a one-sided unanimous decision, has issued an explanation for his sub-par performance last Saturday night to the Przegląd Sportowy.
“When your mind isn’t right and straight then your entire setup is upset”, said Wlodarczyk. “I had thought that everything had been almost right, that it had been working just fine. But it ain’t been working just fine. The next week is the first chapter of a new life for me, one that I’m trying to bring to certain order."
