Why do people talk like this? So and so will get dismantled, crushed, annihilated, he wont last 3 rounds. Its pretty ****** IMO to say a world class fighter like Cotto with a world class trainer like Freddie wont put up a good fight. Is it possble for Cotto beat GGG? Yes it is. Will he beat GGG? Who knows. But to count someone like Cotto out of any fight is pretty ******.

I have also noticed that GGG is open for hooks and straight rights, only a blind person wouldn't notice that. The fight wouldn't be made at 160, more like 157 max. Maybe that 3 pound difference will be the difference in the fight.

Exactly bruh. We're not talking about Rory Macklin or David Geale. Were not talking about Gabriel Rosado.

All those guys combined strengths wouldn't be able to shine Cotto's shoes. I know GGG is a cute story, a hipsters dream. But we have to stay within the realm of reality while discussing this.

Cotto doesn't hit that hard, don't let the Martinez fight fool you. Martinez has never had a solid chin, and has gone down from balance issues all throughout his career.

The fact that a badly shot Martinez grabbed some money out of his present misery made you people imagine things...
He can make people respect his power, there is a difference between respect and fear which is what GGG's power does to people at 160 and even 168.

Cotto couldn't handle margs and manny's pressure... Now years later he is supposed to fight the biggest guy he ever fought who happens to be very skilled and seems to be the biggest puncher at mw...
Ggg will walk cotto down and stop him, I'm 100% certain.. Cotto will be competitive early but after a few rounds that combination of size, skill, power will be too much for cotto...

This will look a lot more like donaire-arce than cotto-serg

GGG has a great amateur pedigree 350 fights , he is lot more than just a power puncher he can really box , you might be surprised whos shoes Gennady can shine , if you stopped hating on fighters you might actually be able to see what they bring to the table .

The thing about the left hook Cotto hurt Martinez with was that it wasn't exactly a huge shot. It was a good shot, but Sergio reacted like he'd been hit with a nuclear bomb.
