argies have lots of italian blood in them. i'm sure some of the cooking traditions made it from italy to argie, and vice versa. both are on my list of places to go. if i get a job teaching, i'm thinking about living in argentina during the summer, so i can chase winter around the world. the andes are freaking robust.
