Everyone knows pac refused a drug test and that canceled the first fight, the only reason you turn down a drug test is because youre dirty. If pac really wanted May as bad as you guys say he couldve just took the test, but he didnt, he couldve left Arum just like Cotto, but he didnt, he couldve just accepted the offer from floyd, but he didnt, Floyd accepted the Oscar fight for far less than pac was offered because he believed he would beat Oscar and did. Pacs last two promoters held Pac from fight Floyd for a reason and pac refused to fight when he could've accepted and did exactly what Cotto did, but he supposedly wants the fight but everything he does says he doesnt want any part of floyd, then he flat out refused the fight, theres a video on youtube, hell he refused to take a drug test to make the fight, he refused a 40mil payday to take a 20mil fight against nobodies, but yeah he really wants that fight. There is a difference between refusing to get tested and refusing the cutoff to get tested. And it's not like Floyd isn't su****ion free of PEDs. Anyway, this point is now moot since Pacman has agreed to VADA testing since 2012 so its crying over spilled milk.

Eventually he accepted it, and all of a sudden, the testing dates were an issue for Floyd. Pacquiao has taken tests and passed them. Pacquiao was an actual big star at the time and Cotto is not a huge star as Pacquiao is and Pacquiao was getting paid more money than Cotto because Arum is paying him all this money, why leave? There's also better benefits being the top star of a huge promotion with its connection to one of the biggest channel networks HBO. Floyd wasn't subjected to strict demands and conditions when against Oscar Dela Hoya, basically, just fight, the share wasn't a huge of a deal because prior to Floyd's fight, he wasn't taking in 1 million PPV buys. But in Pacquiao's case, there should be fairness because both men are averaging at the time 1 million PPV buys. $40 million was flat out $40 million to a fight subjected to earn in $300 million in revenue with a potential charge in $100 each for the PPV. Assuming that can happen, Floyd would have gotten $120 million + PPV buys while the arena and networks and other expenses share the $100 million and Pacquiao gets $40 million. How is that fair for Pacquiao when he's also a big part of the PPV buys? You have to really use your brain bro. Floyd in this day keeps making excuses, and the new excuses is having to be signed to Mayweather Promotions, fighting to Showtime only and fighting in Mayweather Promotions banner only.
