You could ask 100 Americans on any given street who he is and Id bet money you never reach over 3 people who know him and consistently find no one who knows him. Boxing isnt big in America at all.

But he is popular in the Uk, everyone knows who he is. Not the most liked for sure, but popularity wise he's a celebrity.
