I guess we will have to wait and see. Mayweather can obviously sell PPVs but Canelo Cotto is a very good fight and would do bigger numbers

One will have to give up the date. Plain and simple. My money's on Canelo fighting on a different day. It's going to take a lot of money to land Cotto. Remember he already turned down 10 mil last year and that was without the MW title. Plus Canelos going to demand a huge chunk as well. They will also loose money going head to head with Mayweather. I don't think HBO and Oscar are that crazy.

I'm not sure how this will play out and who will be fighting in May. I suspect Floyd will wait until September. But there is ZERO chance of the two of them fighting on PPV the same day. Even if the promoters are ****** enough to try that, the PPV providers won't go along with it for a second. I guarantee that this will never happen.
