3)move up and fight a solid contender at 147.

He cleaned out 140. But he's spotty. He's good, but has had plenty of spots where he's just plain getting outboxed. People can kinda see though him. Outside of the power, he's kind of an average boxer.

BUT, he has intangibles, you can't teach: heart & determination.

There's nothing at 140 that can raise his stock, he needs to move up and get some big wins. He's done all he can where he is currently at, which is why he is as big as he is right now. He's hit a peak for where he currently is. Time to move on.
