I wouldn't put Maidana on there because I've only heard of one instance vs Floyd & that's it.
I would put Cotto on there. Too much body work supposedly leads to a d*ck shot.
Salido gotta be on here. Hopkins to.

Cotto and Garcia seems to go for the d to turn the fight around in their favor. I think Danny's better at it because the ref catches one low blow for every ten he lands.....Comment

Haha good stuff. I love dirty fighting... I was wondering the other day why fighters don't practice combinations downstairs. Low blows can be effective and a good combination down there can change the fight, specially if followed by a hook/uppercut to the head. I think it is an art to sneak in low blows, headbutts, pulling arms down and bending them outwards, scratching face with hair, etcetc. Maidana took me by surprise with the glove bite, one of the few things I had never thought of... I remember starring at the replay like fascinated by it lol.
It's hard to find people that love to discuss this art though lol. Nice thread.Comment

The Puerto Ricans are the kings of **** punching. Tito, Cotto, Danny (if he counts) all resorted to it. I think it's fair to say that a Puerto Rican has never won a close fight without turning to low blows along the way.Comment
