But like I said, good fight and I hope it comes through, I look foreword to it.
Best domestic fight that can be made. Better than Fury-Chisora 2 anyway.

Yeah, I'm not sure he's the real deal at all, but if this fight goes ahead we will find out.

The thrashing Saunders will hand out to this Eubank kid will be very pleasant to watch. I truly believe and it may back fire as predictions do all the time, that Saunders is going to be a great champion and a great fighter and that is not because of Eubank Jr, but the opponents he has faced for his learning fights alone have been excellent.

That's my thoughts... A huge step up for Eubanks, but if he is successful I think a star is born.. The hype on him with his last name and bravado, Eubanks will be the new uk star

do great fighters normally struggle so much with so many mediocre fighters?

TBH I think this fight is wrong for both guys. Saunders had a shot at a world title, this fight against Eubank Jr proves nothing. Jr is still a novice in many ways whereas Saunders is actually a legitimate title contender. Wrong for both fighters, but I guess it sells a bit so makes sense to some.

In all honesty, this fight would have been MUCH bigger down the line, maybe Saunders has a title and Jr fights some better opposition and works himself into contender status.

Whatever, I think Jr can put Saunders away but Saunders can win on points.

Edit: Jr is scheduled to fight once before BJS, with only a month gap in between. Is that still on?

The only reason it's happening now is because Frank Warren couldn't sell tickets for Fury-Chisora on its own so he had to add something else big to the card.

Yeah, Warren's had a terrible time of late. Fury needs to sign with Eddie and get his arse on Sky.

Eubanks might not be happy with this fact, but he will likely be the underdog. But that will help him I think being the underdog. It will be a tough close fight and likely go the distance with BJS likely winning.

If this fight was in 2 years time Eubank might have a better chance, but he has been self proclaiming how good he is for a while now, so he needs to back it up now, and not in 2 years time.

But who knows if its a good fight, maybe Eubank and BJS would meet again, when BJS is champion and give Eubank another shot and Eubank might reverse the decision.

But who knows, Eubank may cause a little surprise this fight.
