That's why he made Cotto & Mosley wait more than 10 years to fight, hoping they'd have too many wars, either so not to fight them, or they'd be just a shadow of themselves well beyond their prime. Floyd nearly guessed wrong almost getting stopped in 2 by a 40 year old Shane Mosley, and Cotto dragging Floyd into a street fight for 12 rounds. Now he's made Pacquiao wait 6 years for the same reasons. Once Manny got screwed with Bradley and Lost to Marquez that's exactly what Floyd wanted, in order to avoid Pac. Floyd can make any fight happen he wants. Nobody else in Boxing has had troubles making fights with Pacquiao or Arum. Floyd has never grown any hair on his sack to fight Manny; he's had a million excuses.
