Voted UK under the traditional definition to the question, but China with Macau deserves a solid spot for challenging Vegas.

Germany could also squeak in there towards the bottom not necessarily for what they produce fighter wise, but as Europe's economic powerhouse TV money wise, and the number of fighters we think of as from other countries that actually reside there most of the time.
