    You posted that I called the article BS. where did I do that?

    I just highlighted what the author of the article felt about what was said. I gave no opinion of the article whatsoever.

        Because I thought it would be interesting for people who read it to see what the author of the link you posted felt about what Manny said Floyd asked him. I didn't know highlighting a passage means you agree with it.

        you've called me a couple of names. how does that change the fact you posted a link to show how Floyd allegedly said "what if I lose" and the author of the article you linked wrote he doubts Floyd said that?

        • To answer your question, here is what I say.

          We are born as humans first. A husband, wife, brother, sister, son, daughters, cousins, uncles etc. second. Then doctors, engineers, NFL players, fighters etc. third (and that's even a maybe). Me personally, I work in constructions. Just because I chose the profession, doesn't mean I shouldn't think about health. I'm not going to climb a ladder that looks like it's been used in some WWE match. **** it. Fire me. A career is just part of your life. Not life itself.

          And those quotes by Mayweather, I think he was talking about Pacquiao being on steroids. He shouldn't have to get in a ring with someone who he believes is on some sort of PEDs because customers tell him to. Sure, it's cool and tough to say "I don't care if he's on PEDs, I'll **** him up anyways." I guarantee you that person won't be saying that when he ends up with the Parkinsons and sits there thinking "I knew he was on something." I don't know if Pacquiao is/was on something. But if I feel like he is, then I would be ****** to get in the ring with him.

            There's no proof of Pacman on PEDs. And May is a hypocrite, there are rumors he has failed drug testing 3 times before, he settled for more than what Pacman was asking for in his defamation lawsuit after Pacman requested for records related to the failed tests, his boxers have failed drug tests, he has working relations with Heredia and Ariza. Pot calling the kettle black.

              Like I said, I don't know if Pac is/was using. Same way we don't know if Mayweather is/was using (Like you said, rumors). But if one party believes that the other is positive, then that person shouldn't have to fight the other. If I feel like a person is bringing a gun to a fist fight, guess what? I'm not going to participate. Health should always come first to anyone born as humans. Especially fighters.

                You've got some good points but pacquiao after being knocked out by marquez is now wanting stricter drug testing with marquez but is still willing to fight him again.

                  Here are some sources and quotes:

                  "Health is more important than anything," Mayweather said. "Because guess what? When my career is over, if I'm hurt because of something that has happened in a fight, I can't come to you and say, 'I need (money).' "

                  ***8220;With or without Manny Pacquiao, Floyd Mayweather is okay. Floyd Mayweather fights for Floyd Mayweather. At the end of the day, Floyd Mayweather has to be happy and comfortable***8230;Look at the Ali situation. Fans pushed him to get into fights at the end of his career that he didn***8217;t want to get in***8230;If Ali could trade it all in for his health, he would.***8221;

                  "This is how this world is, writers are saying, 'Floyd is scared,' " Mayweather said. "No, Floyd cares about his family. Floyd is smart. At the end of the day, Floyd is smart. My health is important. My health is more important than money. They can take all the money and my health is more important. If they say, 'Floyd, you can live a healthy life like you is right now, or you got to walk with a limp, and walk all bent over, but you can have a lot of money for the rest of your life,' I'd say, 'Take it all back.

                  ***8220;I just want an even playing field,***8221; said Mayweather, when asked about the gloves. ***8220;He has so many knockouts, but those types of gloves (Everlast MX) have no padding"
                  I have been saying this for while
                  Floyd alway saying health first is why he hasn't fought guys like Antonio Margarito. He doesn't want to fight guys who punch in volume and where he may take punishment. I agree though the health first statement is a tell tale sign is why he isn't figthing people.

                      Floyd is the first fighter in boxing history to openly say health comes first and self preservation when it comes to an opponent.

                      If you worry about your health why are you in boxing? oh that is right he just admit he cherry picks opponents so he doesn't harm his health.
