Hopefully anyway. Otherwise this fight is completely pointless
Yeah I think he's headlining a card against Bahktov in a couple of months.

This is just basically a fight to get him on the card.

Edit: I think he's fighting Bahktov first?

On the US price scale this would be like 40 pounds, but for like 15 (a shade over $20 for people that can't convert currency) I could see enjoying that card.
It's £16 I think. The price isn't really the issue. No one should be paying extra money for this level of fight as the main event.

on top of your sky sports subscription though? For Bellew vs Cleverly?

Its just asking to be streamed by boxing fans and not watched by casuals. I havent heard any casual talk about this fight, or either of these fighters.

Im buyin the ppv only if degale and quigg fight credible opponents. Callum smith is in a good fight lookin forward to this. That guys fought abraham and bika and didn't get stopped. This guy is a European level fighter so we will see were callum is.

16 pounds ain't **** though, the problem would be aren't like the biggest fights like the same price so this should be less like 10. SO I could see not buying on those grounds, still I would likely buy because I enjoy boxing.

It's the principle, not the price.

In the US we pay for HBO, Showtime and pay much higher ppv prices. I also don't steal so if I want to watch something I can't find a party for I end up paying. I certainly would not find a party for this level of card but if I had to pay $15-$25 for this card I would not have issue with it because I think it is likely to be fun and entertaining.

If I am willing to piss away $20 for a lap dance at a strip club I am willing to piss away $20 on a meaningless boxing card.

My principle is I am willing to pay for entertainment I enjoy as long as the price is not outrageous.

I don't have to go see a movie for $12 at the theater or pay their outrageous concessions costs but I do because I enjoy it.

Yes but if people start paying for this level of fight, then it will encourage promoters to start putting these level fights on PPV again in the future. Or even lower level fights. As a rule, PPV should be reserved for PPV level fighters or fights.

I'll probably spend my money on a lot worse lol but I'm still not buying this.
