Floyd is a ''Stylistic Cherry Picker'' who believes that?

I mean he hasn't even fought a fast fighter in last 10 years.
Just have a look at some of his last opponents, Cotto,Ortiz,Guerrero,Canelo,Maidana,Maidana2 tho all are respectable fighters but 1 thing is common on all of them, they all lack lateral movement and speed and are flat footed.

Last time Mayweather fought a fast fighter was Zab Judah and in that fight he lost first 4 rounds and his 'gloves touched the canvas' after that he's not been in the ring with anyone fast or someone who could move.

''Plodders after Plodders after Plodders'', cmon now?

That makes me wonder if Mayweather is a 'Stylistic' CherryPicker, he only fights guys with 'Styles' that suit him.

Even before Zab Judah I couldn't find anyone fast on his resume. He fought Mosley but he was like 39 wayyy past his prime and wasn't known for anything substantial. Oscar was wayyy past his prime too and Floyd only managed a split decision win.

I just couldn't find any 'Stylistic Variation' on his resume, could you?

Can anyone name just 3 fast fighters with movement from Mayweather's resume? Thanks.!

Thats why I'd like him to fight Bradley,Thurman,Pacquiao or Khan but his next opponent is more likely to be Danny Garica.. I'm not hating, its just facts

Don't you already have a thread basically saying the same thing lol. Tim is with tr and Thurman hasn't done jack and won't sell yet. People who actually think he's ducking khan are ******ed. He would hurt khan even with brittle hands and pillow gloves

Why do you think he chose Maidana instead of Khan when Khan won overwhelmingly on his Poll?

Well lets look at his resume since Cotto: Guerrero (wears boots) Canelo (wears boots and had a CW) "I don't fight at CW's" and Maidana (flat footed, bigger ring in rematch)

Floyd has slowed down, I don't hate floyd but I'm objective. He isn't what he used to be.

It wasn't because of his lighting speed and elite level neck. Maidana had a big win. Khan ducked Alexander thinking he could coast to may

I'm basically trying to say that, Floyd doesn't like fighting fighters with speed and movement.

He likes fighting slow fighters, who can't cope with his movement so that he could ''dance'' around them all night.

lol why did he set up a Poll then? putting Khan in it, then ignoring the results? Khan has a win over Maidana and was stylistically a tougher opponent than Maidana.

I've said for a long time now that Floyd is a stylistic cherry picker.

Floyd has clearly implied many times throughout his recent interviews that he has achieved a comfort level allowing him the privilege and luxury to pick and choose easy pay days and opponents designed to provide minimal risk and maximum profits.

Anyone be they fan or hater who denies this fact disrespects and lacks appreciation for Mayweather's keen sense of business and the years of hard word and dedication he invested to get to where he is today.
