According to sources in Nicaragua, Saturday's event filled with veterans could be a prelude to a battle of former champions, with Ricardo "El Matador" Mayorga facing Luis Ramon "Yori Boy" Campas in the coming months.

The two fighters were involved in easy co-featured bouts at the OKC Downtown Airpark in Oklahoma City. In the main event, 40-year-old Mayorga stopped Allen Medina in the first round. Mayorga improved to 30-8-1 with 24 knockouts. It was Mayorga's first fight since a March 2011 TKO defeat to Miguel Cotto.

There was just no way that this aricle, written in 2014, was referring to Yori Boy Campas, could it?

Would be more entertaining than some of the recent undercard fights.. I would rather watch mayorga bomb on campos then some of these horrible undercard fights
