Pac can read your boy cannot. Big difference besides Pacquiao completed his elementary education at Saavedra Saway Elementary School in General Santos City, but dropped out of high school due to extreme poverty.

In February 2007 he took, and passed, a high school equivalency exam making him eligible for college education. He was awarded with a high school diploma by the Department of Education. Pacquiao enrolled for a college degree in business management at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU) in his hometown in General Santos City. He graduated on year 2012.

On February 18, 2009, Pacquiao was conferred the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Humanities (Honoris Causa) by Southwestern University (SWU) at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino in Lahug, Cebu City in recognition of his boxing achievements and humanitarian work.

In preparation for his career as a lawmaker in the House of Representatives, Pacquiao enrolled in the Certificate Course in Development, Legislation and Governance at the Development Academy of the Philippines. Graduate School of Public and Development Management (DAP-GSPDM).

Now how about Floyd? Floyd.studied at prison and was given a prison award when was that?

Cotto maximized his earnings by becoming a free agent and has landed Floyd, serg and most likely cotto and while manny may get paid more, manny is a much bigger draw and isn't maximizing his earnings.. If manny is getting 20 mil a fight with arum, then he could get 30+ mil if a free agent.. Manny isn't commanding the money he should

I don't expect manny to sign with mayweather promotions, but it's just common sense to do what cotto, oscar, Floyd did and become a free agent.. Manny has the star power to be on his own

He's obviously locked in a contract, so why dwell on it.

Floyd became a free agent when he wasn't that bankable. Cotto became a free agent because he was done at the time.

As for PAC. Dude burst on big time and was locked in, he's worth a lot even after a loss.... Dude has charisma and arum knows it.
