Serioulsy who is more garbage Omar for not training or Alvarez for training and still couldn't ko a zombie like Chavez. Omar truly a disgrace to the Chavez name
I think Canelo would whoop Julio Cesar Chavez Jr as well. Doesn't look good for the Chavez family in this generation. Julio Jr doesn't seem to take it seriously, he was too spoiled and had an easy life unlike his father who grew up poor and had to fight his way to be able to eat. Chavez Jr never had to worry about starving and food or having a place to live, etc. He just is NOWHERE near as tough as his father. And never will be. He should've become a manager or a promoter.

I don't think so I actually think Chavez jr would train for that fight and also the size difference would be in sane. I got Chavez by ko

I agree he is a disgrace to the Chavez name and I hope he retires soon because he pisses me off. He disgraces his father and the sacrifices his father made. Both of the Chavez kids must have been spoiled little b**** who never had to work hard for anything, other than work out in the gym, and got handpicked, easy opponents to build up their records (which pretty much every fighter with good management has the luxury of, and theres nothing wrong with that) but once he comes up against someone who can go toe to toe with them, they look like an amateur, hence tonight and when Julio Jr fought Martinez.
I'll give Julio Jr one more chance to show me he can keep up with a great fighter like Canelo, even if he loses, if he goes 12 rounds, takes a beating and keeps coming for more and can also manage to hurt or knock down Canelo once or twice, I will give him another chance. But if he looks like his brother against Canelo, I'm done with him and finding another young guy to root for and follow. I am just such a huge fan of Chavez Sr that it's hard for me not to have a soft spot for his sons. I think very highly of Canelo, though, and think Canelo got screwed by being pinned against Mayweather when he was still an inexperienced baby (as far as professionals go) because Mayweather knew that when Canelo got older and more experienced, he would kick Floyds ass. So now Floyd can just say "Nah I already beat Canelo and won every round, he doesn't deserve a rematch." Which we all know is bull****. Canelo is a much better fighter now, and will be even better in a year or two. But Floyd won't fight him because he picks the easiest opponents possible, when they are at their most vulnerable. But that is a rant for another thread.

Man, i SOOO hope you are right. Seeing Chavez Jr defeat, especially KO a guy like Canelo, a TOUGH guy like Canelo, would make my confidence and pride SOAR. And I would be so happy. It would be such a classic fight, too. A Mexican war, at least we all hope for a "war" and not a one sided boring, clutching and grabbing match. I want to see a Hagler - Hearns type fight that goes at least 7 or 8 rounds (without anyone getting seriously injured) or a fight like Taylor - Chavez 1 with a shocking ending. Or just simply a great, classic fight. With Chavez Jr winning lol. Although I am a fan of Canelo, too, and would hate to see his record take a hit. I want to see Canelo keep fighting the best of the best, and as of now, Chavez Jr isn't in the class of "the best of the best."

I can't respect Canelo that fight was their for the taken and he failed to beat mayweather. When have you ever seen an atg mexican lose his first major step up? Canelo needs a new trainers. He is way to dam flat footed and he still has not improved and is not going to improve ethier. I blame his amature garbage training team
anybody see Sr Julio Cesar Chavez eyes he was holding his tears back HE SONS ARE A DISGRACE THEY DONT UNDRETSTAND THE DAMAGE THEY ARE DOING TO HIS FATHER NAME.
Wilfredo Vázquez, Jr was blasting Omar and he had every right at least that bum trains and did his best to win a belt
