Blackpool cruiserweight star Matty Askin has promised to end Ovill McKenzie’s KO run when they clash at the Liverpool Echo Arena on Saturday 25th October.
Askin, the current English champion, challenges dynamite-punching McKenzie for his British and Commonwealth titles on the title-stacked show, headlined by Paul Butler’s record breaking challenge for the IBF World Super-Flyweight title against Zolani Tete.
The 25-year-old steps up to his biggest challenge yet against McKenzie who’s had a career resurgence since moving up to cruiserweight from light-heavy, with stunning knock-out wins over Tony Conquest and Jon-Lewis ****inson in his last two fights.
