Is Hernandez lineal cruiser champ ?

I know the lineage is a little fragmented with duckers and shirkers running away to heavyweight with tail between legs before serious challenges.

Tried to trace the lineage but I found it difficult,if no.1 vacates lineage isnt assumed until new no.1 and 2 face each other right ?

Yep, that's how it works if the linage is gone somehow the no.1 and no.2 face each other to form the new linage. Check Ring Magazine is Hernandez listed as Champion? or is the Champion position say Vacant?

A guy can be lineal without the ring magazine title. Yes they almost always are the same thing, but every once in a while, epecially after ring added all those new champ rules, they can be seperate.

It's debatable. Ring had he and Cunningham 1-3 I believe, with Huck in between. This site rated them 1-2 after the first Cunningham-Hernandez fight and recognizes the line.

Hernandez-Huck would be the best way to resolve.

No, Ring had Huck #1 when he was swiftly removed from the rankings for a Hw one off

I dont see how you could have ranked YPH #1 after that controversial win, and with his lack of prior resume.

Cliff, do you consider CyberBoxingZone to be the definitive source for lineages?
