I mean, if he keeps getting checks and producing KO1's, how can we blame him? It's not like he's in crap fights that are taking up valuable TV airtime in the US.

I really don't see what's to complain about here. Dude just loves boxing and he can still do it, just not at the highest level which isn't where he's trying to do it at.

Although, Roy should retire. Nobody wants to see him laid out on the canvas again.

robinson was broke by the end of his career.

If Roy is in indeed broke and can get paid decent coin for beating up on no-hopers (please stick to no-hopers) on foreign soil then I'm all for it. I do find it hard to believe that he's broke. Maybe in debt but broke? You have to think that HBO gig is decent pay.

He just opened a new Gym in Vegas in the past couple months. I don't think he is broke.

Yeah me neither. Just doesn't make sense. He's got a cushy desk job and made tons of money over his career. How much do chickens and pitbulls cost, anyway? Roy should be fine.

I think with Roy, is that he still loves to fight. The Russians seem to love him over there. He is treated well by them and is enjoying himself.

The irony of this is that, at his peak, he would've never traveled to these places to fight. Fate definitely has a sense of humor.

I didn't know that Sergio KO left Paul in a wheelchair? I knew it was devastating but damn...
