Its kinda telling when everyone from all walks and fans of all kinds of different boxers agree that Cotto vs Canelo is the #2 biggest draw in boxing outside of Pacquaio vs Mayweather but only ones who dont agree are the Mayweather fans.

Mayweather is not going to ever fight Pacquaio so safe to say Canelo vs Cotto is the biggest draw in boxing today.

Canelo vs. Chavez Jr. is the second biggest fight if it could ever get done. Honestly that would do crazy numbers

Golovkin is not a pay-per-view draw and no one expects mayweather to fight him or mayweather to fight hopkins. No one cares for ward outside of his hometown and some british fans. Golovkin vs canelo would be interesting no doubt but cotto is a much bigger draw than golovkin ever could be.
agreed. Even thought the top five list is what real boxing fans would like to see. Canelo vs cotto, way more ppv number. Mexico puerto rico rivalry. Come on. Golovkin and ward are not ppv fighters. Dont get me wrong i watch every fight if possible and both are in the top 5 p4p but have not established a main stream fan base as mayweather cotto and canelo.

Ward would sell out a little ballroom in Oakland. I live in the bay area so I would know. I don't know anyone from the bay area that doesn't respect him. We care more about Andre ward in the bay area than we do Derrick Jeter. Many people in the Bay area including myself don't give a $h1t about Derrick Jeter.

Ward as great as a fighter he is, no draw. We are talking about what would be the 2nd biggest fight right now and its definitely Cotto-Canelo. So we are talking about Derek Jeter now?? Come on just nonsense. Mayweather better pick Pac for his next fight because he will lose that May date.

Ward is a Draw in the Bay Area. He is not a draw elsewhere but people still tune in anyway. He is known throughout the boxing community and some analysts not named Brian Campbell and Dan Rafael have mentioned his name on air. I believe Stephen A Smith's dumb a$$ has mentioned his name before as well, and I believe he has also mentioned Golovkins name too. What I am saying about Jeter is that in the Bay area, when the yankees come to town, he has always been greeted with loud Boos. We don't like the Yankees or Jeter out here. He came to face the Giants back in 2007 and he was massively booed at AT&T Park. I was at those games. As for what would be bigger than Canelo vs Cotto, I have mentioned a few in a previous comment.

Mayweather will fight Garcia on May 2nd and he will do it in spite of Oscar. He will always have more numbers than Canelo or Cotto. Plus they would have to put Broner vs Matthysse or Broner vs Maidana 2 on the undercard And by the way Broner wins both those fights and he would do to Maidana exactly what Mayweather did to him in the second fight and he would take it more seriously this time. Those fights can happen because Broner, Matthysse, and Maidana I believe are all managed by Al Haymon. They could put Keith Thurman vs Kell Brook on that card too.
