RJJ used to be so shredded. Now he always looks like he's barely even been in the gym at all. That LHW-HW-LHW stint did hell on his body(and chin).

He looks pretty good to me, given his age. He has some muscle mass, definitely hits the gym, and the abs are still there.

For a 45 year old and totally shot fighter he still looks decent. I dont know his Opponent, is the guy any good?

I'm not exactly sure what the general population thinks a 45 year old man should look like who hits the gym. But this is it. Jones is not oiling up his abs or cutting weight (sweaty) for these weight ins. He's comfortable. And to think he'd retire after this fight would be a blessing, but he won't
